Betting is on an all in basis. Refunds are not given on non- starters. Payouts will be based on the podium positions. Subsequent disqualifications or promotion of competitors at a later stage is irrelevant for the purpose of determining the result.
All bets on either boxer to win will be decided by the judges' decision, which includes points, technical knockout (TKO), knockout (KO) or disqualification.
When the bell is sounded signifying the start of the opening round, the bout is considered official for betting purposes, regardless of scheduled weight, length, classification or championship sanction.
A price is always offered for the draw. In the event of a draw all bets on either boxer to win - will be losers.
In round-by-round betting, if a boxer fails to answer the bell, the fight will be deemed to have ended in the previous round.
For all bets on a boxer to win on points, the full scheduled number of rounds must take place for the bets to be deemed winners.
If the scheduled number of rounds is changed all 'pick the round' bets are void and bets refunded.
Where a match is abandoned or postponed, but fought within 48 hours of the original scheduled date, all bets stand. Once 48 hours have expired, all single bets are void and bets refunded. Affected multiple bets will be recalculated excluding that leg.
ODI'S AND TWENTY 20 MATCHES:
In any limited overs match, all bets will be settled in accordance with the official competition rules, including matches where a reduction of overs takes place.
If a match is abandoned due to outside interference and no official result is declared, all bet selections will be void and stakes/bets refunded.
Bets will stand for all postponed matches as long as they are played within 24 hours. If there is a change of venue, all bets will be declared void and the stakes/bets refunded.
In a result of a tied/draw match, all bets will be declared null and void and stakes/bets refunded.
No 'Super Over' or other methods of declaring a match winner will apply
A minimum of 1 (one) ball must be bowled for bets to stand. Otherwise all single bets are void.
If a match is officially abandoned due to outside interference and no official result is declared, then all single bets on the match are void bets and refunded with affected multiples being recalculated.
In the event of a tie, ie both parties have completed two innings each and have the same score, all best will be declared null and void and be refunded. Ie no result.
Participants must pass the start line of the respective event/stage for bets to stand. Otherwise bets will be void and the stakes refunded.
The classification at the time of the podium presentation will determined the settlement of bets. Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals will not affect bets
If a match is abandoned, postponed or if there is a change of venue then all bets will be made void. If a match is brought forward then bets will stand.
Overtime counts except for halftime/fulltime and quarter with most points betting.
Bets on the first touchdown scorer include all players classed as "active" (ie)in uniform and ready to play. Only if the selected player is not active then bets will be made void.

Bets stand irrespective of a change of pitcher.

All games must start on the scheduled date (local stadium time) for bets to have action. If a match venue is changed, bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed, then bets placed based on the original listing will be void.
Overtime and the shootout count for all bets, UNLESS a price / odds is quoted for the draw, in which case, 3-way markets / odds are settled on the score at the end of the controlling authority’s prescribed normal match time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
If a shootout occurs then the winning team will be awarded one more goal than the score at the end of regulation time, regardless of the number of goals scored during shootout. This will be used for the settlement of all bets of 2 way odds markets (if quoted).
If a player does not start a tournament then all bets on that player will be void.
If a player starts a round and subsequently retires, he will count as a runner.
In the case of abandonments - if less than 36 holes have been played, then all bets will be void. If at least 36 holes have been played, all bets will stand provided an official result has been declared.
In the event of the scheduled number of rounds not being completed all wagers accepted after the last completed round shall be void and all stakes refunded.
All outright bets are settled and any Playoff holes will be taken into account when determining the winner of the tournament. However, in the case of place bets when there is a tie after the completion of the set number of holes, then 'dead heat' rules will apply.
Group betting, 2 balls, 3 balls: Non-Runner equals no bet and deductions will apply.
2 ball betting both players must tee off for the bets to stand.
3 ball betting at least 2 players must tee off for the bets to stand.
Head-to-Head: Winner decided upon most holes completed by each player, followed by best score between each player. If one player misses the cut his opponent is deemed the winner. If both players have the same score then all bets are void. Both players must tee off for bets to stand.
Where no tie or draw option is offered, the Dead Heat Rule applies. Playoffs are excluded unless otherwise stated.
Season Outright Bets and Exotic Bets (Super 15, Six Nations, Currie Cup etc)
Where a bet is struck "to win outright" (ie) to win a tournament/to lift the trophy, there will be no betting on the draw in the final, as extra time may be required to decide the outcome. In the event of the teams being tied after extra time has been played - Dead Heat Rules will apply.
Outright betting is regular season/league stage only unless otherwise stated (eg) Top tryscorer in the Super 14 will be settled at the end of the league stages of the competition. Semi -finals and the final do not count.
Official rules of the specific competition will apply for the settling of bets (eg) if 2 teams finish tie on the log then the competition rules may use points difference, most tries scored etc to determine the placings.
All rugby bets shall be settled on the score at fulltime (80 Minutes), and extra time does NOT count for betting purposes unless otherwise stated.
Should a match be incomplete, abandoned or postponed prior to completion of full time, then all selections shall become void, unless it is resumed or played within 24 hours of the original scheduled date.
Prices shall be displayed on both teams as well as the draw and it shall be clearly indicated which is the home team.
If a team plays a different opponent to that which is advertised, or if the venue of the match is the reverse of that displayed, or if there is a change in venue then all selections shall be void.
Where various betting opportunities are offered for the same match (eg- correct score, first player to score, halftime/fulltime result) these cannot be combined in accumulative bets where the outcome is related or where the result of one part of the bet contributes or assists in determining the outcome of another part of the bet. Where an accumulative bet of this type has been accepted in error then the bet is deemed to be null and void.
Where various betting opportunities are offered for the same tournament (ie. A team to win a group, a team to reach the semi finals, pick the finalists, etc) these cannot be combined in accumulative bets where the outcome is related or where one part of the bet contributes or assists in determining the outcome of another part of the bet. Where an accumulative bet of this type has been accepted in error then the bet is deemed null and void.
Multiple bets which include a match that is void will stand, with the remaining legs recalculated excluding that leg.
Halftime/fulltime betting is applied to which team is winning at half time and which team wins the match at full time. The option for a draw is included in selection possibilities.
First half handicap betting shall be settled on the score at half time.
80 minute handicap shall be settled on the score at full time.
90 Minutes Play
All soccer bets shall be settled on the score at full time (90 Minutes Play) which includes stoppage time added by the referee. Extra time, golden goal and penalties do not count.
Where a bet is struck "to win outright" there shall be no betting on a draw, as extra time, golden goal or penalties may be required to decide the outcome.
Prices shall be displayed on both teams as well as the draw. The price on the home team shall be displayed first and then the price of the away team. It shall be clearly indicated which is the home team.
If a team plays a different opponent to that which is advertised, or if the venue of a match is the reverse of that displayed or if the venue is changed to a neutral ground, all selections shall become void. Multiple bets which include that match shall stand with that match being treated as void.
Should a match start and be abandoned or postponed prior to completion of full time and an official result is declared by the governing association of the match or event within 24 hours, relevant selections will be determined on that result, notwithstanding any later changes to the result and/or errors then the selection shall become void. However, in these circumstances, selections which are dependent upon the number of goals scored (including handicap bets) are void and are to be refunded.
If a soccer match is officially called off prior to its scheduled completion and an official match result is not declared by the relevant recognized governing body within 24 hours, selections not determined at the time the match is concluded are deemed void and are to be refunded. This does not apply to selections already determined at the time of abandonment (eg. First goal scorer bets will stand provided a goal has been scored at the time of the abandonment)
If a match is rescheduled from the weekend to a Monday night for the purpose of live TV coverage then all bets on that match will stand.
Should any match be played prior to the date or kick off time denoted then any such match may be included provided the bet is placed not later than the revised kick off time.
Where various betting opportunities are offered for the same match (eg. Correct score, first player to score, halftime/fulltime result forecast) these cannot be combined in accumulative bets where the outcome is related or where the result of one part of the bet contributes or assists in determining the outcome of another part of the bet. Where an accumulative bet of this type has been accepted in ERROR, it shall be deemed null and void.
Where various betting opportunities are offered for the same tournament (ie. A team to win a group, to progress or not to progress to further stages of the tournament, pick the finalists) these cannot be combined in accumulative bets where the outcome is related or where one part of the bet contributes or assists in determining the outcome of another part of the bet. Where an accumulative bet of this type has been accepted in ERROR, it shall be deemed null and void.
In the event of the following circumstances occurring then all bets will stand:
- If there is a change of schedule or day of the match provided the match is played within 24 hours;
- If there is a change in venue;
- If there is a change from indoor court to outdoor court and vice versa.
If a game is postponed and rescheduled, all bets stand provided that the game is played within 24 hours. Otherwise all single bets are void and refunded with affected multiples recalculated excluding that leg.
If there is a change of surface (from hard/clay/grass to a different type of surface) either before or during a match, (carpet is considered a form of hard court for the purpose of this rule), all bets will be declared void, apart from those where the result has already been determined. E.g. The First Set Winner market if the first set has already been completed. In such circumstances then the new markets may be formed and these will be based on the new surface and settled accordingly.
A tennis match is deemed to have commenced with the first serve. If a match fails to start then all bets are void.
If any player retires due to injury or for any other reason during a match, all bets shall be declared null and void.
If a player wins the match due to a "walkover" all bets shall be declared null and void.
If a player is disqualified, his opponent will be declared the winner for betting purposes.
Ante-post prices are offered on most major horse racing events up to 3 days prior to the scheduled day of race. Ante-post bets are accepted on the basis of all in run, unless a "with a run" price is offered. Stakes are lost if an ante-post selection does not take part. No deductions are made to winning ante-post bets.
Where weather or outside influences cause an event to be postponed or rescheduled to another day then ante-post bets will stand, provided that the entries are not re-opened.
Ante-post bets on horse racing will be void if the race is officially abandoned or declared void, or the conditions of the race or venue are altered. Should bets be void due to these circumstances then any multiple bet, which includes this selection will be paid out on the remaining selections.
Venue change / Postponement
In the event of a venue change - all bets will be null and void.
In the event of racing being postponed, bets will stand if the racing takes place within 48 hours of the postponement. If the racing has not commenced within 48 hours of postponement then all bets will be declared null and void.
In all horse races, excluding ant-post bets, if a horse is withdrawn without coming under the starters orders, it is treated as a non-runner. A deduction may be made from the winnings of bets struck at a fixed price and, if there is sufficient time to form a new market / staring price, the starting price will be subject to the same deduction. The deduction will be defined in accordance with the following table:

Match Bets (Head to Head):
Bets are void in Head to Head match bets (ie. Horse A vs Horse B) if one of the horses in the particular match bet does not start the race. All bets shall be subject to BET2Win's Online rules.
Match Bets (Top Trainer / Top Owner):
In matches involving Top Trainer / Top owners (ie. Horse Group A vs Horse Group B), bets will be subject to a deduction in the event of any of the horses from the participating groups being scratched. (ie. Not starting the race). All bets shall be subject to BET2Win's Online rules.
Dead Heats In Horse Racing:
1) In the case of a dead heat in a match race the selection shall be void, unless the bet was placed on the outcome being a dead heat.
2) In the case of a two horse/contestants dead heat in races other than "match races", and also in winning multiple event bets where one race results in a dead heat, the punter/client shall lose half of the odds in the event where the dead
heat occurs, and further lose half of the amount staked, the entire bet is then recalculated as a result of the event where the dead heat occurred.
3) In winning multiple events bets where two races result in dead heats, the punter/client shall win the odds to one quarter of the stake and lose the other three quarters, and so on for further dead heats.
4) Notwithstanding the provisions of rule 2) above, in the case of a three horse/contestant dead heat in a multiple events bets, where one race/event results in a triple dead heat, the punter/client shall lose two thirds of the odds in the event where the dead heat occurs and loose two thirds of the stake and the entire bet is recalculated as a result of the event where the dead heat occurred.
